From presented versions I like the best Jim's.
This is great place to photograph for hours. It is difficult to make the whole scene look good but depending what we choose as "star" possibilities are endless.

Now looking again and reading your comments I think Tom's version works for the title the best but I should stay with color version or go there and re-shoot. |

What a great idea to blur wings!
I like what you have done, even square format works very well.
I did not try Afinity software yet but if you can replace sky and make local changes like blurring wings ,it looks like very promising software. |

I like very much composition with this cloud sitting just in right place to balance the image.
The evening sun adds to the image mood so color image works very well. From both b&w I prefer less contrast . |
