A lot going on and I studied it from one side to the other. The B&W works. The youngster on the left who is looking in, takes the viewer into the action as well. |

Your B&W conversion along with the dramatic cropping make this a pleasing image. The enlarged image one gets when opening it shows lots more detail than in the original. |

The comment about the unusual coloring struck me as I[m not sure we see that on the West Coast either. That tiny catch light in the eye add life to the bird. Good exposure and detail in the feathers. |

He looks so cute and ready to play. It's a simple image in terms of color and content and it works well. You must have many images to choose from but you picked this winner. |

Thanks for pointing out the human figure. Such an interesting image with patterns all over so he does get lost. He gives an idea of the scale of the Wave. Great shot. |

Beautiful bird. Hpw about selecting the background to desaturate the colors which are competing with the bird? |

The light and the angle are great. You must have very healthy knees! This makes what could be an ordinary flower shot into something much more dramatic. |

It sure tells a story. The young lady hiking up her shorts so as to not get wet is amusing but it also add a touch of action to the image. |

At first glance it seemed busy but then it looked to have great impact. Having the two lighter and larger faces in front gives the eye a place to settle. |

Looks abstract to me. Could be several things. Creating a slightly greater diagonal in the cropping was a good idea. |

The title works so well with the images. Any driver can relate. For me the truck waiting on the other side of the tracks helps a lot. |

Jerry, you're too kind, by far. Thank you..
I just noticed a typo (my goof probably) in the title. It should read "Knot", not "Know". Maybe it can be changed. |
