I bet you took many images here from different angles. The one you chose to show tells the story very well. I'm not sure but I think you did some careful vignetting to make the human subjects stand out well amongst all the pottery samples. |

It helps to have cooperative models. The very similar positions of the birds helps make the image. I'm missing the significance of the title. What's that about? |

The bird seems sort of crowded in the frame so a bit less cropping could help. It might also help the sharpness some. It's great the way the eye stands out. A cooperative model. |

I like the dramatic offset of the lit part of the walls. It gives the eye a place to settle. The repeating pattern of those walls adds interest. |

Those rocks really pop out and make the image. Given the very low ISO, the lens being stopped way down and the rather slow shutter speed, I wonder if you were using a tripod? |

You hand held 20 images taken pretty wide open and look how sharp the result is. I want this for my camera too. I agree about the background. It looks too man made. The image cries for something natural.Nice organization of the materials. |

The clouds are so intriguing. The sky competes a bit and a crop at the top would emphasize the horizontal nature of them.Simple but lovely image. |

The gulls add some depth to the image but still the couple standing on the rocks stay as the main subject. Almost monochromatic and the blue tint gives a wintry, isolated feeling. |

One assumes there are some tracks somewhere down the path. The sign gets your attention and the path takes you through the frame. |

It is very interesting to see what the IF filter does. Seems to me, when I played with it, in the olden days, greens turned black, ,or was it whit? In this example, some greens did turn white but the green background turned a muddy gray. It must take some practice to get to know how it will work. Thanks for the example. |

The image has a sort of story book feeling to me. The storage shed seems miniature, kind of a movie set look. Where'd you get the IF filter? I'd like to play with it so thanks for the tip./ |

Thanks, Jerry. I might have been in Night Mode...not sure. It's kind of automatic when conditions call for it...right? I have found at times that it comes in when i don't really want it but then at times when it's a wonder. |

The color of the steel was from the lighting. This bridge is known for the light show it putson and I was told the I only captured part of it. |
