It's a compelling image which I really didn't really appreciate until I saw Dennis's treatment. It's remarkable what the camera can capture in the dark! |

Good crop and nice color. The cluster of saddles on the right make things work and add interest to what would have been a static image. |

Interest find with a nice 3D effect. I'm certain his feet are coming off the building! |

About that eye..there is the smallest suggest of a white area. If you brightened it, the viewers eye might go there first. |

Even though I feel this is busy, it's still very interesting. The treatment make me want to look through the entire frame. Nicely done! |

I wish my old Canon could do this. Is you shot hand held? |

Thanks, Jerry. I have done the "lifting" thing but haven't seen how to save the image. Your answer is just what I think I may be looking for. |

Doesn't Live View take images as long as you hold the shutter button down (within certain limits, I'm sure)? So maybe longer exposures result in more blur? |

These both work well as the horse seems friendly and that comes through in each version. Great how the detail in the white hair was maintained. |

Tough situation to get a sharp image of a tiny subject so far away, You did well and used the best tools at hand. The repeating part circles of the pots and the blends of green and brown work well. |

The image works for me due to the downward facing lines of the peeling paint (or plaster) at the very top. They balance the upward facing lines of the shrub. |

Amazing what you can do with that phone and hand held, no less! Did you try several versions with any that had less blur? While I like seeing your treatment, I wonder if the water could look more realistic with less. |

Lovely looking couple who clearly seem to belong in this environment. How did you make the selection and lift the two of you from the original? |

Wonderful feeling of depth. Agree with Dave about the diagonals. That lower right rock formation is rather bright. |
