It is so interesting, but also so busy. So without losing any of the detail, what would you think about a vignette to help focus the eye a bit more on the two men? |

I thought the second whale was a fin until I read your copy. Remarkable and exciting timing. You must have dozens and dozens of images from these minutes. |

The three boats take you down the river just perfectly. The reeds present a good foreground which adds some depth but they don't block your vision.I also see that "tip to the left". |

The position of the birds and the different "expressions" are wonderful. I agree the image need some more punch and there are many ways to do that. The sky needs to be gently handled lest it overwhelm the birds. |

The dramatic, almost B&W clouds are a good contrast to the elevators. A little more room at the bottom if there was open field there, would be good. |

Great old machine and the human element adds a lot. Could you have removed the distractions in the far right? |

Good idea but that tree and shrubs were in the way. I walked all around that darned thing looking for the best angle. Oh well... |

Half Dome could be Golden Dome in this image. Wish I'd been there. Nice going. |

The butterfly is so proudly posed. Good for you to capture it that way. The flower and butterfly make a nice diagonal in the frame. Yes for me too; the pot at the bottom is a distraction. |

I appreciate your explanation and like what you did. A rather plan scene was made into an attractive water color image. I also agree Waterlogue can be hard to control but you may have found the answer. |

Makes you want to be there. Idyllic spot well captured. |

I love the sharp image but not sure about that leaf on the left. Tell me how or if you synced the flash to the camera or did I misunderstand something (again). |

Looks like an ankle turner path but I do get why you'd want to be out there. Sounds like you know what you're doing. Great depth in the image with sharpness throughout. I like the cactus at the path end. |

Lynne, sorry for the confusion. It's on me. The original is the one with the roof. The frame is what the phone saw with no magnification. Those enlargements take the eye so much closer that we, in fact, see structures that we never saw in that original. |

No tripod in this case although there is a mount for it. The Final is what is called Original 3. |
