So much detail and I attribute some of that to the faster shutter speed thanks to the flash. I know you are using a full frame camera so please tell me about how much did you crop in the computer? |

Exciting race and the image benefits greatly by your explanation. The water level view makes this work as well. |

A Meeting of the Monarchs and a riot of color. While the leaves are distracting, they show a natural environment which is good. They can be blurred or toned down easily enough. |

Good placement of the city line. Since the wake line seems perfect to me, I'd avoid any cropping. How was the cruise? |

I find the hairs on the caterpillar a nice compliment to all the hairs on the leaf. Amazing detail. The blue spots could go. |

That duck has the most unusual wings! Took me some study to see what was happening and it's a remarkable bit of timing. The tighter crop works for me and it didn't seem to lose much sharpness. |

The window Dave mentions is what I also like about this. The tall trees are all to the left leaving a clear shot down the beach for the eyes. There is a sort of diagonal path in the shrubs in front taking us into the frame. That rivulet on the right takes the eye even further down. |

That the image is so sharp at that distance says a lot for the photographer and the equipment. You worked hard on this one. I also like Jerry;s perspective correction. |

Since the eye usually goes first to letters, the "Champion" sign grabs us right away and says "times past". The grass is so green and fresh is says "new" so those two contrasts make an interesting image. There is good detail in the bricks which is important since they cover so much of the frame. |

There is much excitement in the original that seems to have been lost in the Live version. If you could tone down the blur it might help restore that element. Isn't that just a matter of choosing how many frames you want to end up with in the final version? |

There is certainly mystery to the image so it works for me. Where does that almost evil looking path take one to? The path in in the right place in the frame and ends in the right place. It's also highlighted just right. |

There is a very dramatic element to the B&W so it gets my vote. The black trees, in this case, add to that drama. Maintaining sharpness throughout while on the move is remarkable. Nice going! |
