Getting a texture is my next objective, I didn't see how that was done in time to get my image into you. Thanks for the comments. |

Another perfect image from you. Nothing to add or subtract, really. |

There is an amusing quality to this, for me, at this moment. Even though the frame is split the nature of the vertical, dead stalks contrasts tremendously with the tiny and very alive bird. |

The major and compelling subjects of this image are the eye and beak. Now they are positioned way to the top of the frame. So even though the feathers have wonderful colors, I think overall it would help to crop from the bottom for a better balance. |

Very interesting capture in which the matched curves of the necks stand out. If you've been to the Galapagos you probably have several thousand images of the wildlife so I expect we can see many more to come.I think you could crop this some to bring the subjects in closer. |

Very creative image and it made me smile. Was the hand and brush a separate image? |

This tells the story well. Good job of keeping the eye to the right where the two main subjects are. The image could be straightened since to me it seems to tilt to the right. |

This is darned near perfect. The upper left, as others have said, needs darkening, Snapseed has a brush tool that I've used in this situation which could be helpful. Good use of Live function. |

Catching this with phone is remarkable. Did you use the telephoto zoom on a camera? The comments about trying to isolate the birds more from a rather busy frame seem valid. Vignette and blur might be worth a try. |

Nicely done! You nailed it precisely when you mentioned the contrasting lines, colors, etc. Additionally, there is great interest since at first glance it is not clear if we are seeing a framed painting or a window. |

Your cropping, which removed the browns of the ground, did a great job of isolating the flowers.Good job on color adjustments. |

A dramatic improvement, indeed! Does anybody know how we could apply the effect to the background but remove it from the cactus. It would require a separate layer for sure and maybe the effort wouldn't be worth it. I was just wondering. |
