The colors, detail, sharpness, position in frame and blurred background are just about perfect. Nothing more to add. |

The remnants of the bridge are interesting so cropping and adjusting shadows to bring out detail in it would be how I might proceed. It also helps in this case to read the caption which adds a lot to the story. |

Great how the lines run the eye up the building. Fine detail and tones throughout the image. |

Very pleasing in tones, colors and sharpness.I find the curved lines of the leaf under the flower to match the curves of that flower. It binds those two element together. In addition to David's suggestion to move it off center you could try angling the stem which would achieve the same bit of dynamic movement. |

Creative and fine execution. There is a small, triangular patch of snow capped mountain on the right which has an unnatural fringe of white. It could be eliminated. |

This is so sharp and brilliant which makes the crop off the top a good suggestion. Nice work and execution. Curious...how close were you and how much cropping was necessary to get what you achieved?

Yes, I guess that is a hind leg. Looks like a tail of sorts to me. I left the bear large to make it a bit more menacing. Guess it didn't work. |

Here in Southern Oregon we are, and have been for over a month, suffering from a blanket of smoke coming from several fires. The flames are not a threat now but the persistent smoke works on the mind as well as the health.Photography is somewhat challenging. |

The trees above the horizon line seem okay to me. I would like to see something like a Gradient tool used on the dark bottom half of the frame. There seems to be some detail there that could come out. Perhaps the Shadow slider? Do we even have a Gradient tool in our kit? |

What an exhibit that is! I found it interesting to read your explanation which goes so well with the image. Together they make make a wonderful story. |

This works for me! The river takes you in but it's just enough off center to give some dynamic overall feeling. Simple combination of blue, greens and yellows. Those foreground weeds establish some depth to the image. |

Even though it's a very large crop, you've kept lots of detail. The shapes are interesting but it might also work if you put some item, of a different color, for the eye to find. It would mean simply using another layer. |

Even though it's a tiny part of the image, the way you have it put together the eye goes right to the red barn.Very effective image with great impact. |

The original, to me, seems more natural. Your version has a surreal quality. The work on the sky was helpful to the overall image. The way the rock on the left dominates may a bit too much? |

Thanks, Jerry. Your shot on Gp. 39 has a real spooky feeling. While the house is a tiny part of the image, the eye goes right to it so I think it's pretty effective. |
