In response to Neal's question about camera settings; Sony RX10 IV set at 600mm. ISO 500, shutter speed 1500, f 2.8. As the body of the bird was so much in the shadows, processing in PS was to bring out detail in that area. |

Great detail in all the right places.Perfect exposure. Thanks for the information about lens, exposure, etc. Was that flash one the camera's hot shoe? |

I see a repeating pattern of the antennas with the roof lines and it makes the image quite interesting. Good choice to create a near silhouette of the houses. |

There is a lot of interest in the relationship of the two birds. Just "what is going on here?" is what my mind wants to know. The snow is a bit washed out in the left side but that can be fixed. I do wish the Cardinal was sharper but given your situation, the results are fine. |

Since the sky is the subject I would leave it as shown but might intensify it some with an eye to focusing more on the sun. If any cropping was to be done it could come off the bottom. Good capture on your part to see the interesting patterns in the sky. |

Well executed. The simple sky works for me as it doesn't compete with the teepees which are perfectly placed in a slight diagonal.Striking colors. |

This strikes me as a stunning contrast between beauty and the beast all in one. The colors and detail are striking but the face with bulbous eyes are scary (to me anyway). Great capture and execution. A border to separate the frame from the background would be useful. |

Hi Jerry,
Caught your Webinar yesterday and glad I did. Well done and thanks. I made a few notes on some great tips but hope you'll send a tran of some sorts? |

Pamela, when I want a close look at this I usually go to the Curves settings in Lightroom (mobile). Other than that I think Structure in Snapseed does some of the same thing. Here's my quick take on your image from Lightroom. If I was to do it again I'd lighten the Whites as well. |

Looks foreboding and forbidding. Glad I'm in my warm office. Did you play with the black point setting? I wonder if there could be a more dramatic look? |

Combination of wildlife and history...interesting especially to this Oregonian. Good luck with the snow storm. I assume you have a good blower? |

It does look like a film shot, all the way to the square and the border. So nice going on that.Good choices on the editing. |

It surely does look like a lot of snow! How about a red robin in a critical spot to focus the eye? |

Stuck in a snow storm would be my title. I wish you could erase the branches in the back seat. That might give the appearance of the car being surrounded by snow. The red tail lights help visually. In any case, creative piece of work. |

Stunning. All is in the right place. The horizon at a slight angle, the repeating verticals of the saguaros, great sky. |
