The image does say "busy" so I think you succeeded. It could be almost any modern city in the world. I might like to see the two in the center sharp to draw my eye into the image. |

I like the position of the birds but that would still apply if you cropped at least the top third where the darkest part is. That the birds have the only color in the image makes them stand out nicely. So good processing on your part. |

It does look like it's floating in Space. It tough to get good images in there since it's dark. Yours still has interest and punch despite being a bit soft. |

Could you please make this a horizontal. It hurts my neck to turn that far. (Kidding Joey but it could work that way as well.) Great that you got a pretty sharp head and eyes. Maybe a vignette or have you already done that...can't tell. |

Don't some males of their species develop these intense colors during breeding season. I know it's true with certain pelicans. Dramatic image, in any case. |

My first takes was that this was surely an image from Neal Thompson. I'm okay with the out of focus parts. The mind knows what's there and the face is accentuated by being the only sharp part. Good capture. |

Yes, that is a blue stroke. I wanted to use something that separated it from the black backgrounds we get. Since Sand is found by the beach, blue seemed reasonable. Perhaps a different color would work better. |

Interesting story behind the image. Thank you for that. There must be many good images around that boat if one could get close or use a tele lens. You might be able to cut off the pier completely, along with the rock. The ship is so interesting. |

I love it. All the ingredients are there for a great scenic. At the risk of being picky, is the horizon tilting to the right? |

Lots of images this month of leading lines into the frames. Was there an e-mail suggesting this? This one work well and the wetness of the trail in the center raise the image several notches. Nice and sharp throughout. |

There's a nice sort of hazy feeling just across the bridge which says "SUMMER" to me. That person works for me too.Good thing the sign was there or I might not have known what it was. |

What an education for shooting infra-red with the cell. Thank you.I know for this group you must process with a phone (or tablet) but if you used PS could you make it even more dramatic. On the other hand, perhaps Snapseed does all that is needed. |

Fine demonstration of what our apps can do. It made an unusual image. We rarely hang any new images. No room to store all those old ones. |
