1 May 20 Reply Yes...I agree that opening the head and eye would be helpful. Thank you. May 24th
1 May 20 Reply I like your crop. Much better. May 20th
1 May 20 Comment Blue, yellow and green..everything you need. Add a blurry background, a sharp eyeball and a diagonal branch and voila, a great image. May 13th
1 May 20 Comment The water drops add so much interest for me and critically provide some depth to the image.Good title.

About 40 years ago I had an Alberg 30 named Pegasus. So I had to like this image!

1 May 20 Comment The lighthouse is so well placed and stands out well. The tree gives a bit of balance while not distracting. There is a muted tone to the image which works well since it's clearly a cloudy day. May 13th
1 May 20 Reply About the bird shadow; whenever I drop an element into an image I try to match the shadows since not doing so can create an unreal look. In this case, the main body of the bird's shadow blended into the rock so I was left with the feet, which if you blow the thing up some, you may see.All in all, it was simply an exercise for me. 1 May 20 Comment The three main leaf composition works for me. Also the slight angle of the stem gives a bit of action. On my screen the image seems flat so I'd start with the Clarity slider and go from there if necessary. May 13th
1 May 20 Comment That bud at the end on the left helps break up what could be a rather monotonous image of yellow flowers. The simple stroked border holds things together and it's clever to put it behind the flowers and stem. May 13th
1 May 20 Comment The lonely feeling of the cabin grabs me. I also think some crop off the top would be helpful. The sky could use more impact, one way or another. May 13th

51 May 20 Comment Your rather mild use of Painteresque worked well. I especially appreciate that out of all those door plates only one is white May 13th
51 May 20 Comment It does make me wonder what happened here so I think you have a successful image.Vignette helped but I find the colorful leaves at the top distracting. They could be cropped or toned down. May 13th
51 May 20 Comment Pano and sky manipulation made an impressive image. Good for you for imagining and executing this. May 13th
51 May 20 Comment This is your image but it feels like my experience. Great angle down through the frame. Fine experiment that worked out pretty darned well. Thanks for the editing tip.Didn't know about Long Exposure. May 13th
51 May 20 Comment A rainy/foggy day in the desert is unusual and that shows in the image. The foreground cactus with red give a sense of depth. May 13th
