I do not see the problem you refer to since the sky looks to be an even gray. The subject matter is interesting and the silhouettes of three people, a water buffalo and the spires show well. Can I suggest that when you are showing such a black image you might think of adding a frame to help the image get defined. Something like this. |

What a bleak, barren landscape. You put the horizon line low in the frame and that seems to add to the openness. I looked carefully for the spots you mention but don't see any problem. So I think you did a great touch up job! |

The main subject here seems to be the wall which needs to stand more from the similar tones surrounding it. So any manipulation to do that would work. The title help explain what's going on. |

Wow! That's dramatic. I wouldn't change a thing. It's the well lit face against all that black that makes it. The lighter gray area off to the left says "wings" to me so I think it works. |

The very sharp focus from front to back really helps this image deliver some punch. Our visitor to the group, Beverly, made a good point. |

That critter is perfectly placed in the frame but he is kind of small even with the 400mm lens and cropping. He's looking into the frame too so you did the best you could.I assume Image #2 is the satellite view? |

I agree with you both. It's better with some color in the sky. |

The app is ProCam, at least that's what the icon says.I've tried to show in the screen grab some of the settings in ProCam. Look at the very top and bottom of the image. Enlarging it could help too. |

The curve of the shoreline and the way it frames the foam of the water makes the image feel very inviting and friendly. I must admit that being housebound probably makes any landscape inviting! |

Great color. Simplifying the image by some cropping would focus the eye on a specific point in the frame.Vignette too maybe?
The macro lens I used in this months image is from Todi and as I recall cost about $30 from Amazon. It's a glass optic and a decent product at that price point. |

The bird (whatever kind it is) is so well placed and it contrasts with the iron bridge which is also perfectly placed. This could also be a color or tri-tone image if you wanted to play with the software. |

Adding the warm tones made an ordinary image come to life. The building had to go so your cropping worked well.Super depth of field. |

The low angle really adds impact to this poignant image. My first car was a 1950 Studebaker. This one is quite a bit older than that. The rust, logo, smashed grill convey a great sense of time passing. |

I was using the camera on an iPhone 10. I believe I shot the image through ProCam so it was a Tiff file. |
