This is a fine silhouette with the contrast between the people and the posts. Since so much of the lower part of the image is black I also like the idea of cropping there. |

Boy, you were close! Nice sharp eye with detail in the black feathers. These have always been tough for me to shoot and I think you did well. |

I see what you are after and I like it. Here's a different take with 4 adjustments. Set black point, set white point, increase warmth and vignette. Oh, I also opened the forest with the Shadows slider. |

Dramatic with great contrasting colors. Well done insertion of birds. |

I like the abstract nature of this. Maybe the upper left is too bright and competes with the boat? |

Do you mean to reduce the highlights on the leafs? I did bring them down using the Highlights slider but perhaps a polarizer would do more. |

Seems to me there is enough blur in the water to convey movement. The eye moves up the creek nicely. All around very well done image. |

Great contrast between the old grass and the old bricks. I mean in color, texture, material and age. Simple image that tells a large story. |

What the heck is that tree and bench doing out there? I think the B&W conveys that question better than the color. The feeling of openness or loneliness might be better conveyed by moving the two elements to the right thereby creating more openness to the left. |

Often we say not to put the subject in the center, however, this is one case where that belies the rule. The needles bring the eye right in to the center. Good processing too. |

The image conveys a sense of something about to happen. From that perspective it works well. Tonal range is complete for a B&W. |

I think the undisturbed snow is wonderful and you were careful to make it that way in the picture. The black table parts work so well as contrasting elements. Brrr! It's 64 where I am today. |
