There is so much of interest here. The massive statue, the kids playing in the fountain, the buildings. While some might call it "a record shot", it's still a good one to stare at for awhile. |

There is a storm on the bottom half and a breaking of the storm on the top. So it works for me in that it's an interesting moment in that sky. |

It's a lovely place to rest one's eye or mind. A study in green with just enough detail.Maybe a slight vignette to help keep the eye in the center? |

There is an abstract feeling at first glance. After a moment the eye of the bird appears then we know what's going on.It has a simplicity due to the almost monochrome factor. Good capture under difficult situation. |

It certainly is an inside look.Your point about the composition may be because the image is confusing. There is a lot going on. The methodology is awesome and you are really onto something in terms of finding impressive images in the macro world. |

It has a painterly look but I'm not sure why or if you meant it that way. Could be due to a huge cropping action. To that point, I think taking more from the bottom would focus our attention to the birds eye. |

Such a very typical beach scene. A lot going on. I think I'd crop on the right just past the blue cooler chest in order to move the woman with that large white bag now in the center over to the right. |

You are correct about the diagonal line of the fence. It also has the color to attract the eye. I do get your feeling of a Private Place since I feel like I've wandered down somebody's driveway by mistake. |

You've taken a rather dull image and made it pop out very nicely. The warm colors in the sky don't show in the water anywhere so there is a kind of visual disconnect. The grasses have become the focal point leaving the upper half of the image needing something. Maybe using the Shadow tool in Snapseed could open up the dark trees and create some interest there. |

Your edits really make the feathers pop. And your explanation of Snapseed was wonderful and beyond my use of that app. Great ideas for all of us there. |

The balance of the tree and church as well as the warm tones make this a delightful image. |
