These images which are different in so many ways still have great similarities. So they work well together even if the one on the right is a bit blinding due to all the white space. Nice going for putting them together. |

The halves of the image are connected for me because the birds are sort of looking at each other. The composition works. |

This is a great story all contained in a single photo. I would intensify the orange of the bus to make it show up more since it's the critical ingredient of the image. |

The colors of the background compliment the bird well. It may not be possible but could you recapture any detail in the washed out rimlight of it's head. If you're shooting in RAW this might work. I like being close up to the bird and that's a remarkable lens you have there. |

I love that great S curve and I think Sam has a good idea in trying to downplay the impact of the very foreground which I feel competes with the curve. There may be several ways to do that and darkening is one. |

Cute little fellow and it's amazing he seems to have posed for you. Is that catch light in the eyes from the in camera flash? How'd he get in there anyway since i assume your bin is closed. Nice going for getting this all together and in such good creative form. |

Your treatment gave the image a lot more interest than a straight shot would have had. Especially in the sky which has those perfectly placed birds offsetting the light. Can you explain a bit about what Formulas does? |

It says "festive" to me so I think your image works. I'd get the police car out but have no good suggestion on how to best do that. Cropping it would move the horse out of the center which I suppose would also give it some room to move into the frame. I also like the B&W. |

The image screams "old" to me and I think that's what you saw as well. Converting to B&W works as does the very slight vignette you applied. |

What a winning portrait. You must have many pictures of her. I see you have darkened the background so I'm not sure what else you'd do there. Cut it all out and put in a seascape (ha). How many items can you select for use in Pixomatic? And thanks for calling it to our attention. |

That snow has pretty darned good detail as do the foreground rocks. Amazing that the phone can do all that. The image conveys "winter" very well. I'm glad I'm out out there! |

The statue is about two inches tall. I could have photographed it standing, I suppose and then had it standing on my finger. The close up lens is some cheap thing I've had for about a year...can't tell you a brand. |
