1 Mar 24 Comment It's unusual to see helicopters at an airshow putting on a demo. At first I thought it was an aerial accident in the making. The image is sharp and the colors add a lot and there is good impact. Thanks for adding the link. Mar 10th
1 Mar 24 Comment The title is just exactly correct. The image is sharp with good colors in both the rocks and ice. The image has good impact. Nice image. Mar 10th
1 Mar 24 Comment This is a very well done image. The composition is good; has excellent colors in the water and snow. Toning down the bright cloud in the right upper part might decrease it distraction. Mar 10th
1 Mar 24 Comment Nice capture. Too bad the large shadow hits where it did. The image begins to tell a story. The bag adds to the authenticity of the image. Would leveling out the street also help this image? Mar 10th
1 Mar 24 Comment Great capture. The owl must have known you were taking it's picture since it looked directly at you. The background adds a lot showing both the base ground and the dark area. Nice work. Mar 10th
1 Mar 24 Comment The image is sharp and the blue color is nice. The image lacks composition and impact. Perhaps adding the base of the poles would have helped. Mar 10th

63 Mar 24 Comment The composition of off slightly with the flower too far to the left. Perhaps that was on purpose to allow the leaf on the lower right to be in the photo. Perhaps omitting it would be better. A brighter lighting would also help bring out the yellow color of the flower. Mar 10th
63 Mar 24 Comment Great colorful plant. Sharp image. As a personal preference I prefer not seeing a completely black background except in technical presentations. I prefer the depth that some muted background gives. Mar 10th
63 Mar 24 Comment Interesting subject, precisely done in composition and technique. The line between the foreground and background is a bit abrupt and grabs attention. A softer transition might be tried. Mar 10th
63 Mar 24 Comment Interesting leaves with great color. The sharpness is lacking in some of the leaves. Murphy's suggestion is right on. The background could, if prominent because of f/16, be blurred with
selective blurring.

63 Mar 24 Reply I agree with getting a border. Neal Mar 10th
63 Mar 24 Comment I had no problem with the sharpness of the image. The colors are great and the composition is good. The background is great. Mar 10th
