Yes, I may be wrong. I went to Wikipedia and the images there do not show strips for the Columbia Squirrel. But other pictures of squirrels do show some stripes. Size matters a bit. Chips are 10 inches long and squirrels are 6 to 12 inches. The most difference is the presence of strips on their heads. Chips have five wider strips of brown and tan. I think yours looks like a chip. |

Great capture of a bird with so much action. Often bird pictures are just "a bird on a stick". The action makes the picture. |

Interesting capture but I felt a bit of stress with the window position. I might use the warp tool to straighten out the left side of the window. The subject is excellent and evokes a lot of interest. |

Nice subject matter. I'd darken the background so that the patterns and colors of the tree stood out more prominently. |

Agree with Joey and David. Any one of the Pelicans could make a great image. I'd take the middle one. The sharpness of the waters are a bit distracting. |

Great picture of the canyon. Nice reflection in the water. Very sharp, good composition. Might increase the vibrancy of the canyon walls a bit but protect the clouds from the increase. |

Great capture. Must have been quite a balancing act to get the photo and not frighten the chipmunk. I noticed that everyone skirted the name of the animal. I agree with Joey. |

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for your comments. There were about 40 exposures. The focus point was moved by moving the camera on a WeMacro automatic rail. Thanks for the advice concerning the Curves layer. Perhaps the lines were part of the insect rather than the processing. Don't know. |

A lot of color in this flower and your selection of background is just right. It is very sharp despite the wide angle and this along with the color contrast in the contributes to the good appearance of depth. The composition is a bit static. |

Nice work on this rather difficult subject. The definition between the near petals is a bit soft and some dodging might correct this. Would a higher f setting increase the sharpness? |

A great subject, well done. The f/22 gave the needed depth of focus and the fade off in the background accentuates the stamens. The contrast of the green and orange/red really works well. Sharp. |

What a second look photo! The camouflaged Iguana is perfect subject in the disrupted foliage. No suggestions other than adding some added color to the eye by dodging the yellow iris. |
