This is really nice. Sharp, feathers are well defined and the shading is nice. Might add vignette to the image. |

David, I have problems with this. The bird is interesting but it isn't very sharp, the head is a bit dark and is a bit lost in the unusual perch. |

Interesting and colorful subject. I do like Beverly's modification. Is the leaf out of place? |

Unusual. I've never seen an elephant in the Bird Refuge before. Good work compositing. A little rim of light about the raised foot could be eliminated. |

Nice pastel colors combined in an interesting subject. Background flows from a table like effect to clouds. Nice. |

The primary subject is the drops of water on a background of the flower. I think it works and do not feel the subject needs to be sharp throughout. It's a bit ethereal. Nice work |

The change from the usual composition works well and is well thought out. The stems are well lit. Would the flowers stand out better if the background was black or very dark blue instead? |

Very nice Barbara. All is sharp. The water drops really add to the image.Might consider red color dodging to open a few of the darker red areas. Some of the white areas are a bit yellow/orange. Would they stand out better if they also were white? |

Hi Murphy,
Nice pattern with great gradation of dark and light. Have you considered making it a horizontal? Consider sepia toning. |

Hi Alane
The subject has some impact but if cropped to the upper left quadrant it would make the bug the main subject. Perhaps darkening it a bit would help. |
