Nice capture, good composition, nice color contrast. Perhaps too much image on the right. Nice work. |

Nice contrast between antennae and sky. I would crop the image on the left at least and maybe even think about using just the left half of the image. It might then make a good vertical image. |

I agree with Arief's comment. Also I might darken the colored background to make the subjects stand out more. |

Nice capture. What are the camera settings? I would like to see the body of the bird lightened some so that the feathers stood out more. There is just enough movement in the wings to show the bird is clearly in flight. |

Nice cloud pattern. I'd like to see the sun color accentuated so that it appeared a bit more of the scene. Then I would darken the far horizon so that the sun would stand out. |

Eye catching image with its colors. I do like the simpler sky image. Great placement of the tepees with the surrounding dark areas about the base and the poles extending into the sky. Was this local? |

Hi Barbara,
Let me see if I can help. The focus ring on the camera lens is incredibly gross in it movements. When I stack from the camera on a tripod, I try to get 10 images, always with just a smiggin of a movement. Likewise for the focusing rail, also on a tripod. I rarely move it more than one mm for each exposure. Some of my best images are from the camera itself.
Rigidity, minuscule movement, and a cable release. Excess images do not destroy the final result. |

Hi Priscilla,
Nice pink and red colors offset with the green. The image is sharp. The very busyness of the image creates some interest. Nice exposure. |

Hi Barbara,
I'm a bit put off by the lack more focus on the deep items. You have the tools with a great camera and lens. I'd take about six images at different levels of focus and then combine them with some program such as Helicon focus (trial is free and its simple to use) or Photoshop. The large open space on upper right is a problem. |

Hi Murphy,
Interesting subject...almost unreal, like it was painted. Colors are complementary. Image is sharp. It would make an interesting large print in an office setting. |

Hi Alane, Welcome to our group. I look forward to seeing more of your images. This image is very sharp, unusual subject, good composition and exposure. I was a little surprised that you got everything in such sharp focus with such a wide open aperture. |
