1 Jul 20 Comment Wow, caught in mid-flight. That's not easy. Did you have it
on multiple rapid exposure? The camera settings are quite on.
I might work the image a bit more in PS or Lightroom to lighten the legs and darken the head. Might crop a bit more.

1 Jul 20 Comment It is a bit bland. I'd like to see increased vibrancy and
perhaps some added color both in the sea and sky.

1 Jul 20 Comment A lot of nice lines converge in the tower. I might have gotten rid of the building along the base. Jul 14th
1 Jul 20 Comment Excellent composite selection. Works well. I might have darkened the window some to make it look a bit older. Jul 14th
1 Jul 20 Comment Good capture and the out of focus foliage in front gives a good impression of depth. The post is great complementary color. Jul 14th
1 Jul 20 Comment It's very hard to get an image of a bee even if it is still.
This is a good capture. I would suggest that the iso be increased and increase the F stop to get a better depth. It's a great capture and well presented.

63 Jul 20 Comment I like the cropping but the same color background bothers me a bit. I think the orange color carried into the main subject as noticed on the stems and onions which were originally white. In order to bring out the main subject a bit more the
orange color needs to be removed from it. The orange really warms up the image.

63 Jul 20 Comment Colors, contrast. sharpness and subject with various stages of development great. I like your background as is. I'd like to see the stamen's color accentuated, perhaps by color dodging. Water drops add a lot to the image. Jul 15th
63 Jul 20 Comment The bright area on the upper right is a bit distracting. The image is sharp, but it general positioning makes the image a bit hard to interpret. Its a very interesting specimen. Jul 15th
63 Jul 20 Comment Wow Richard. Great image. I do a lot of insect photography but my insects don't like me as much as yours. I can't image a grasshopper staying on my finger. Your image colors and sharpness is perfect. An absolutely outstanding image. Jul 15th
