1 Feb 20 Reply Hi David,
Yes, the orange is rather intense. It was a wheat field and was really lit up. I think your comment is good.

1 Feb 20 Comment This is a great silhouette and would look quite impressive in a huge print. For a small print, the figures get lost a bit. The image could be cropped so that only a portion of the bridge was seen, thus enlarging the people walking along it. They are the main subject and need to be seen more clearly. The color is great. 1 Feb 20 Comment Great image, close and sharp. There is a huge dynamic range in the photo and I'm sure your modification of the snow was essential. Would a HDR setting have been indicated here at the time of capture? Feb 13th
1 Feb 20 Comment The image has a lot of shading in the clouds. I'd dodge the dark area along the water so that there was some color there.
I might even color dodge it in PS. I like Sol's modifications.

1 Feb 20 Comment Very sharp for a 600 mm image. The foliage adds depth to the image. I'd get rid of the light area in the right lower corner. Feb 13th
1 Feb 20 Comment Interesting capture. These birds are always interesting and make for a great subject. The reflection in front helps the image a lot. I'd even like a bit more foreground to the image. Maybe darkening the background a bit would make the birds stand out a bit more. Feb 13th
1 Feb 20 Comment Different! I might lower the light to get a deeper shadow and darken the image. Yep, that's a boat. Feb 13th

63 Feb 20 Comment You've opened up the contrast nicely. The individual peddles stand out well. Nice work. Feb 13th
63 Feb 20 Comment You did a lot of work on this to clean up the background. The lack of shadows make the image a bit flat. I wonder if you cropped it to just the left side, including the green would make it a little bit less busy. Feb 13th
63 Feb 20 Comment I couldn't identify it either but suspect it is an underwing moth of some type. Beautifully done and positioned. Great colors and patterned body. I'm surprised it was that large. Feb 13th
63 Feb 20 Comment I'm impressed. Very unusual to see your finger as the base for the spider. The eyes are sharp as is the front part of the spider. The yellow and green background sets off the subject nicely. Feb 13th
63 Feb 20 Comment I was like Pat, trying to figure out what animal this could be. The contrasting purple and green/grey color work well together. The white border about the "wings" make the image stand out. Feb 13th
