1 Dec 19 Comment Good capture with great light on the bird and nice sharp eye. Dec 10th
1 Dec 19 Comment This is a very good image. The darken skies, light foreground and shadows with fall-off to the right. Monochrome is the way to go. Where is Goat mountain? Dec 10th
1 Dec 19 Comment I used the burn tool to darken the light area of the flower and bring out the drops of water. Then I used color painting to add contrast between the central flower and the outer leaves. Then darkened the background with some vignetting. Dec 10th
1 Dec 19 Comment Nice capture and composition. The drops of water add to the scene. The green colors complement one another. Dec 10th
1 Dec 19 Reply The sign is really great and the more I look at the image, the better I like it. The backward "copy", and the sign being at
an angle works well.

1 Dec 19 Comment It is always interesting to see how the artist portrays the scene. This works but would have liked to see the photo cropped to what the artist was painting. Dec 10th
1 Dec 19 Reply Yes, I was trying to remember what kind of art my friend did and indeed it was Abstract. Dec 10th

1 Dec 19 Comment I've always wanted to visit there. Nice capture of the bird in
an active way. Another way of working the background is to select the main subject, select inverse and then work the background with dodging and burning.

1 Dec 19 Comment Beautiful red but...reminds me of some of the paintings that an
artist friend made. As far as a photographic image I have some problems but then I'm not an artist.

63 Dec 19 Comment Thanks Murphy, I'll look up the article. Dec 13th
63 Dec 19 Comment Pretty unique. Quite a setup as you described. Because of the dark color, it feel the picture is weighted to the right. Maybe including a bit more of the glass on the right would correct this for me. Dec 10th
63 Dec 19 Comment Interesting flower and the blurred outside draws the eye to the center. I'd like to have seen about an inch more at the top. Dec 10th
63 Dec 19 Comment I much prefer your worked image. There is good definition in individual leaves and the color contrast adds a lot. Dec 10th
63 Dec 19 Comment What beautiful colors. Leaves a lot of questions about what animal this might be. Dec 10th
