I guess I'm unimpressed. The image lacks impact, the technique, especially focus, is off. The color of the sky is right on but the tail of the plane is a bit too vivid. There is shadowing (that's the wrong term) on the dark portions of the plane. Sorry to be so critical. 		Jul 9th

63 Jul 19 Comment Dan, sorry for the late comments on your image. Gone on vacation. Great capture. the color contrast is great. I'd kinda like to see the Skipper a bit lighter but that is minor. Very sharp image particularly because you shot at f 5.6. Jul 28th

63 Jul 19 Reply I usually try to use f 8. I haven't found that it makes much difference since we are not using the f stop to increase the depth of focus...the program does that. Thanks for your comments. Jul 10th

Nice sharp image with good colors and appropriate background.
Composition-ally I get a bit to tension from the fact that the stem moves back to the left in the image. I'd like to see the flow from the lower left to the upper right. I tried doing that by rotating the image in PS with content aware filling in the background and I think it worked. 		Jul 9th
