Thanks Dennis, I'll try that. It is laborious to work with a mouse to eliminate the fringing. |

What a great subject. I agree with Alan that this image should be cropped a bit more to eliminate the sky. I'd also color dodge with orange the water in front of the boats. |

Nice leading lines, clouds and subject. Good gradations between the darks and light portions of the image. There are a few light spots on the trail I'd eliminate. |

Interesting character. His left cheek seems a bit deformed. I agree that the best is monochrome. |

Wow! What a great capture. I'd lighten the eyes, darken the background and get rid of the figure on the wood of the upper branch. I might even get rid of the upper branch. |

Colorful to say the least! It looks like a colorful rendition of a lung x-ray! It might also be a patterned glass mosaic. The yellows and the orange colors appear to be a bit "washed". I'd never recognize it as a tree.

Lisa, I agree with the comments on macro photography. Just because the image is taken with a macro lens, it doesn't mean it is macro photography. |

The composition bothers me a bit. Focus stacking certainly helped. It just seems to me that the small portion of the flower is too huge for the frame of the picture. |

You picked a good bouquet. I think the poster edges add a lot to this image. I wish there was a bit more texture in the large yellow petals. Nice work. |

What a great image...great accentuation of the simple subject with nice background, good color contrast, sharpness and the positioning of the subject just perfect. I agree with Lisa. |

I can't add much to the comments. It took me a second look to see the frog was perched on your thumb. It might be the reason the depth of focus was decreased...hard to hold still this subject. The eyes are penetrating. |

Great contrasting colors which attract the eye. I agree with Lisa and like the rotation. For some reason the yellows seem to merge with one another, not sharp. |
