It really wasn't that fast. I caught it and turned the stem to a more interesting position. Actually the 1/1600 was because of the f/2.8 to reduce the depth of field and through the background out of focus. |

It is another beautiful bird. I do like the composition with the branch. It's too bad that you couldn't get eye level with the subject. You might try darkening the midtones to see if you like that. |

I agree with everyone else, especially about me not hiking up there. The clouds or left over fog really add impact to your image. |

I don't know about not being able to take a picture with 2 arcs of color. One won't be as bright as the other but it is still there. All you need for a rainbow is the sun hitting the rain. I have even seen the end of a rainbow on the hood of my car during a downpour. You can try duplicating your image and use the Multiply Blend Mode to see if you can bring out more color in your rainbow. It probably doesn't do much for your 2nd rainbow. |

I think that you captured what you were trying to show very well. It might be interesting to see what it would look like with just a little less black in the silhouettes. There is a little bit of the rim-lighting on the diaper that seems to draw my eye. That could easily be cloned out. |

I think it looks great. I like the composition and it trying to hide behind that branch that looks like a favorite place. It seems to be a little underexposed and to have some noise. This can be handled easily with moving the highlight slide a little to the left in Levels and with a little noise reduction. |

I like the composition and the position of your subject. Great costume. I was drawn to the shadow of the nose and you might try some form of dodging to lighten that. |
