I probably could but the "distractions" were part of the event. This was at a Threshing Bee and that was the Threshing machine as well as a tractor pulling event. It is a good idea to remove them if I'm not using it for Photo Journalism. |

I was kind of wondering how much of the tree would still be blocking the view of the front. I don't like to cross fences for a photo but if you could walk all around it, could you have seen more from the other side even though it would have been more backlit? Sometimes, you do have to just get what you can and move on. |

I really haven't been taken by what is called Street Photography but this is something that could change my mind. I like the sharpness as well as the way your subjects are well defined in the image. |

Great action of the whales. It took me a while to figure out where the second whale was in here. It looks so much like a fin of the front one. I like the simplicity with no distractions to take attention away from your subject. |

This looks like a good place to spend some time. Having an odd number of boats works well with you. It does look like there is a little tip to the left on your horizon. |

That could be an expensive piece of equipment if it was just abandoned but you do see that happening around farms. Could you have moved further to your right so the tree wasn't hiding that much of the front of the tractor? I would like to see more of the engine and less of the back if possible. |

I really like the composition with the one eagle leading the eye up to the other and into the sky. I do like to change a sky when there is so much empty there. Something I checked was your histogram. It looks like you could have further to the left and it would have brightened the whites on the eagles. I did try it but I added one of my own skies to see how it worked to reduce the impact of the patch of sky at the bottom. |

I really like the bright elevators being set off against the stormy clouds. For this, you might have added a little stroke so the foreground that is included is separated from the dark background on the webpage. |

Thanks. It came out better than if it were standing still. |
