1 Jul 21 Comment The symmetry in the ceiling works well with the figures below. The work you have done on what must have been shadow areas, brings out the interesting colors throughout the image. Jul 9th
1 Jul 21 Comment Catching one pigeon resting and the other landing adds a lot more interest than if they were both just sitting there. You might try to bring out more shadow detail in the one landing.

A note on sky replacement, be very careful in how you use the stock skies. I can see if you use them in a competition image, it could be disqualified if it is someone else's photography. I have been taking a lot of sky pictures just for using as replacements. I did a quick look and didn't find one that I had showing late afternoon lighting but this is one of mine with a little work on it during replacement. I also tried to bring out more detail in the shadows.

1 Jul 21 Comment I like the Blue Hour color setting off the lights in the rest of the scene. You might have tried it a little later so it was a little darker. It seems like I heard that smart phones have an HDR setting built in. That would have helped to bring out some detail in the trees on both sides of the river. The lighted pathway in the bottom left does help to fill some of the dark area but it also has interesting detail that draws attention away from the bridge. Jul 9th
1 Jul 21 Comment Good eye to even notice this against the texture of the water tank. You did a good job in making it noticeable.

I think this expresses a very common feeling today. I saw a "required" mask laying in the parking lot of a clinic. It seems like they are adding a lot to the litter around here these days.

1 Jul 21 Comment This is an interesting subject and well handled. I like the detail in the track and sprocket on the right. It looks like this is a subject that has several possibilities. I'm not sure about including the surf do you think that it draws the eye away from the equipment? Jul 9th
1 Jul 21 Comment I like the way that the subject is set off against the solid greens of the background. Great sharpness throughout. I might consider cropping off on the left side since the main interest is all on the right side. Jul 9th
1 Jul 21 Comment Thanks for all the comments. I am kind of wondering about cropping more off the bottom so the trees would be more of a border to the sky? Jul 5th
