The water help add, in my opinion, to the flight of the tern which usually is zooming around water. Nice image. |

Lovely image. An alternative for me might be to open up very slightly the shadows in the background terrain. |

Your faux color version is very etherial and well done. I also like the monochrome versions. |

I think it is a beautiful image. My only suggestion is to tone down the green a tad for the green seems a bit over saturated. |

Very interesting study, Helen. I think overall tonality, composition and depth of field works well. The only thing that troubles my eye is I am drawn or pulled between the top and bottom entrance or exit points. The top left seems too bright and the bottom right fades abruptly to black. I suggest toning down the upper left and open up shadow some at bottom right. Wonder abstract study. |

Excellent image, Stan. Your focus, placement of bridge in relationship to the falls make the bridge seem to be the subject which is consistent with your title and objective. I suspect, if I ever visit the falls, I will seek to focus on the falls and show it from the flow over point and have the bridge lower in the frame. What your study show is how we can see a scene in many ways and make choices about what we want communicate to our audience. Well done! |

I like the textures and patterns; there being a special calm feeling engendered by the spirals. Tonality is excellent as is the original conversion crop which for me gives context and appropriate fall off to the edge of the gram. Well done. |

I like the subject choice, focus, composition, depth of field and tonality. I agree with Helen about some inconsistencies of tone in the sky behind the gears. I love the perspective and the story it tells.
A slight vignette might alleviate any frame edge distractions. Although, I wasn't distracted by what others saw. |

Magnificent in so many ways! The marriage of black to white in tones is very successful and the story is engaging. Wonderful peace of Americana at night! |

Nice tonality as well as interesting subject. I do strongly believe that lens perspective correction is suitable in order to maintain the vertical of the subject and leveling of the horizon water. |
