This is a show stopper, in my opinion, because of the one eye...it is unique and very interesting presented this way...well done. |

Thanks, Audrey! You may have seen this barn sometime. I believe I saw it on one of the roads leading into Port Washington after getting off of I-43. I remember being captivated by the barn and got off on a frontage road and drove back to it after passing it and spending some time photographing it from the side of the road. |

Jerry, this image is delightful in every way. I have no suggestions. The timing is perfect as is the depth of field and focus. The textures and tone help to tell the story and give a glimpse in time of a bird feeding a the seas shore. I like your final results very much. |

Helen, I like the old barn for tone, texture and story. I particularly like the angle of view. However, I think there is way to keep the original perspective but show it with the road omitted and the some adjustment for lens correction that keeps the original weathered and tilt of time but gives us a cleaner view of the barn that allows us to focus on it entirely, eliminate the road and still keep lines straight with a hint of time tilt. Please accept my attempt to show what I mean. I used Lightroom and made some lens correction adjustment and then because of that some crop adjustments to make the image seen here as an alternative viewpoint. Let us know what you think. |

I find the ripples in the water effective and interesting. However, some of the water is enough out of focus, it seems to me, that find the focus area to be the branch and thus I assume that is the subject with the water as background. Unfortunately, from my perspective I find the branch in the water so dark that I get drawn to the it and sort of locked in looking for detail which I can't find. It almost made me think on my first glimpse of the branch that it was so lake monster emerging from the deep but my eyes so much want to figure out more about what it is. |

Nice image with some fine tonality. I like the perspective and angle of view and how you created what I think was very good separation from the other elements of within the scene so that we see the statute singularly. The story is excellent in every way. |
