Very neat image. Reminds of a cat I use to have in color and behavior. Impressive cloning job...although the clipped ear was hardly a concern, in my opinion. Really fun image. |

Nice Image. It works and I have nothing to add about how to change it. I could go either way darken or lighten leaves and stem. However, I like your rendering of the color version better with the different sky background. That color version really works for me. |

Wonderful image. The tonality is very nice! I am impressed with the out of focus background using an iPhone. That just is wonderful. My iPhone 6 will not give me that kind of isolation very often depending on light how well I tapped the subject for focus. Well done. |

Fascinating capture. In my opinion this would be really cool, if I really could see far less sky to keep my eye in and directed on the subject of the scene. |

Very interesting image, Jerry. The original color is well captured with nice detail, texture and color. However, the monochrome version provides us with a very legitimately different feel given the choice of texture and grit and overall tonal structure. It is like see the scene through two different eyes. One set back in time while the color version with its interesting color and different texture evokes a totally different feel. I think there are lots monochrome possibilities and it would be very interesting to see one with a smoother feel. Anyway...cool stuff. Happy New Year. |

Very nice image! The tone, texture and symmetry is quite compelling. I think a little more vignette to draw our eyes into the scene is something to consider. Wonderful image. |

Sorry, Sharon, that would ruin the context of image entirely. The movement of the left bird with the water ripples drives the other bird into flight and for me the story would be lost. I agree it would be nice if the birds where less in shadow, but for me I pushed the selective editing about as far as I could. It was challenging light. I might take another look at the RAW and see if I can enhance those shadow area, though. |

Splendid landscape with wonderful tones, color and winter feel. The Depth of Field is quite nice with everything nicely in focus. The reflection is awesome. You did very well! Excellent. |

I like your image for color and nice bokeh. It is simple and direct statement about fall. Nicely done. My only comment is I debate with myself if we need to see all the area on the left. I think you might have a fine image just by cropping on the left at the light where the yellow background stops and the whitish bokeh exists. I don't think you need that and then we just look right at the leaf and enjoy its texture. |

Wonderful detail and point of view. I have nothing to offer for your have created a nice composition with excellent control of background, clarity, sharpness, highlight control and color harmony. I really like your image. |

The image is a nice composition with nice color. The color is nice as its the choice of depth of field. I think, though, something is making the image seem soft even a bit flat. It is like a fog. So the image seems not to have sufficient clarity and sharpness. Could be even a slight fogging of the lens? I think some selective and global adjustments might minimize that.

Wonderful composition, color and tone. I think it has the right amount of sharpness and contrast. My only comment is to consider a slight darkening via highlight slider or exposure adjustment of the above and behind the darker pup. Really nice image. |

The depth of field, color, clarity, tonality and soft water is magical. Well done. My only comment might be to darken a "tad" the center top portion in the trees which tends to pull my eye away from the rest of the scene. Wonderful Image. |

Unfortunately, I can't find the flipped version of the original or the Monochrome crop particularly compelling. I like the impression, story and the experience of lines and reflections in the unflipped original version. That, in my opinion is the one ripe for Monochrome conversion with an artistic story. |

In my opinion the Monochrome conversion and crop is effective. The story is special both as photo journalism and travel experience. It really works as presented, I think. |

The Monochrome conversation is quite nice. For me, though, the story is not near as interesting in the depth of the crop. I prefer the story in the original which I think is strong and the horse is a strong enhancing element. That is a different image and story, but work more for me. |

I like your image for the most part with nice behavior captured. The composition is quite nice. The clarity and contrast is pretty good although I thing the darks are bit too dark with too much detail lost. I do feel there is evidence of over sharpening. |

In my opinion, Abhijeet, the Monochrome tonality is very, very nice. Regarding composition, I think, cropping on the right so that only a sliver of the tree is seen and cropping in on the left part of the dress brings our eye to the subjects. All the rest and the pano manner of presentation adds nothing to telling the story, I agree about the young man's pant leg. That is distracting as is his tilted bow tie. |
