Thank you for the wonderful comments! Question: "just add a small stroke" where? |

Wonderful treatment of the details in the darker and lighter areas. I think it would add more impact if the areas on either side of the bridge are darkened some. Very interesting comment about the hanging lamp. I didn't catch that, but certainly that is where the straightening should start. I feel the crack helps to avoid "correction to perfection".
Nice. |

Wonderful shot! It invites the viewer to see every nook and cranny. Nice tonal quality, light and sharpness throughout. Impressed that you could lie on your back and even get up! |

Certainly the definition of atmospheric. This is one of those times when the subject is centered and it works perfectly. The darker buildings anchor it and the clouds weave the whole together. Wonderful image! |

You mentioned the Christmas lights hanging on the left. That caught my eye right away. The original has little bits of color from the lights. I guess that they hang down to the power supply which we see in many a display. They keep the photo from being static. This reminds me of the "Charlie Brown" tree - a poor little tree which was beautified. In addition to the above comments, there is something about this which keeps me looking. Nice! |
