Very nice image yes I used the word image not photo ( sorry old school ).
Again no stroke line it looks so much better with one .
I only stack if it is very small like a insect or long and small .

I think you gone OTT with is set up try taking it at the lens sweet spot ( f5.6 Or f8)
And use defused lighting @ 100 iso with a remote release .
Sorry Pierre I know that lens is a difficult piece gear I use a LOMO microscope objective
which cost me $30 will show it in the not so distant future .

Photo is great would hang it on my wall ,but it does not fit group subject .
Like you I think a stroke line around the image is a must .
