Normally I don't like working on other photographers work but I think I can help on this one
MY p/s IS cs3 yes 20 years old but it ok for me .
Under filters I have a tool called Smart Sharpen I used that half way after selecting the chest also
Darkened the top right corner and bottom left .
My by with a more modern P/S you can do better ?

The base looks too vertical to me .
Also some HDR which Ilike or was all three taken individually.
Nice photo of something not normally thought of .

Very nice shot close up , I think if you darkened the top right corner and the bottom left it would make more impact.
There is something different about flower shot from a woman which a man can't achieve.

Nice simple photo well executed think it would work in mono .
Next time try f11 to get the tops of the reels sharp most judges like to read writing if it's there .
Colours are very good, but no base like my photo.

Yes this is my pick of the punch the wood could be a little les sharp which would pull
Out the locks more and the 1st two locks are too blue but the third is smack on it looks like UV light .

Sorry for the delay be in hospital getting a battery fitted to my deliberator ( ICD).
Thaks for your comments all taken on bord, I new about the base but it's a good idea about the smoke
Yes its too sharp and the glass needs a little more illumination
