Hi Ling Ling - this has all of the colors! I agree with you that your settings would make a difference. You might also crop the image to tighten the subject area in the composition. You would still have lots of color in the background, but you might be able to crop out some of the blur with the dirt. Would love to see more of your blooms! |

I have nothing additional to add to the comments - the colors on this are very striking and the light is a very significant part of it. Like Janice, I also wondered what ICM might do to the image. |

Love the pattern in this - the blue and the clouds in the sky come through without losing the detail and clarity of the grid. I've never been to the Louvre, but I will definitely remember to look up if/when I get there! |

Hi Don - there is a lot happening in this image. I agree with the suggestions to lighten the men. I didn't see them at first as my eye was drawn to the sunset and the reflection on the water on the left side. |

Thanks Janice - I did play with this in Sepia and B&W too (couldn't help myself). And you tagged all of the trouble spots I had with this photo - I am going to pay with the crop and the spacing again and will give another go at the chrome and the background. |

Thanks Julie - and I see what you mean by cropping a little tightly. I was working to crop out grass and other distractions, but I agree that this could use more space to breathe. I'll try to play with that again. Appreciate the feedback |
