The colour version was a bit flat for me and any uplift would have looked false so I went for mono. British Weather. |

Shooting corners are great as they give great angles to start with, in the USA you then get the great buildings behind to add the the great angles. Leaving that one car there is great but I may have included all of it.
Do I like the destressed look to the image or would I prefer a sharper image. As the car is there I would have gone for the sharper image so the edges could work their magic.
But this is a great composition. |

Another great image to show off the construction of this bridge. It is a tad over exposed and I am surprised at the depth of the image at 2.8. It is a magnificent piece of engineering. |

This is a beautiful image and a beautiful scene. The colour, tone and light is so perfect, you could not ask for better. This is just my personnel taste, I would like just a touch more room in front of the rock, I find it a touch tight. The water is wonderful. |

These are amazing structures and are quite brilliant architecture considering where they are built. I think there is about twelve all told and you would not want to have vertigo to be a monk there. This image does show how it all sits in the environment. One question has to be ask, do they slide down that wire. Shame about all the cars. They seem to get every were nowadays. Lovely image. |

This is a wonderful scene and must have been amazing to see in the wild, there is a great range of colours and a good range of reflections. But I do get the feel that this was just a grab shot on a way to another goal and the focus could be better. You do have a natural focal point with that broken branch in the middle and the rest would have balanced.
There is a piece of software that could save images that our just off focus. That is topaz. I have run this small thumbnail through it and done a slight crop off the bottom.

I can only be honest. What you have presented I think you have ruined a great monochrome image, those sun rays look so unreal. They will come stream through the window but not with such harsh edges, if you are going to do this the edges should be softened so it looks natural.
The rest of the image is a masterpiece and you have to be praised for a perfect image that I wish I had taken. |

Katheryn, I think this is a great idea and the process is well conceived, but I have sat here and looked at this image trying to understand why, that is the problem. I don't think this image is strong enough for this idea as I am not getting from her the effect you are trying to give. But I do think you should find an image that this will work on. Sorry. |

Afraid the books have been done. Couple of good ones out there. This would have fitted in quite well. Well kept toilets and has very good light for tones and shadows. The ceiling looks very interesting as well. Well taken and nice detail. |

This is a great image for monochrome and your composition is very good. It could be an eye, It will be the eye of an Ent.
But this is one of those image that will work as a print ( large) on a very good quality paper, possibly textured. |

Looking at that rock, it could have been the coast of Cornwall and we have had quite a bit of this in the last few months. This does show off the power of the sea and how hard the waves hit the rocks. Good timing. |

I look at this and think of John Wayne sitting on his horse looking over the land. They are impressive formations and an amazing landscape and cry out to be monochrome.
I am not a fan of the tint, but that is just my taste.
Can I ask of the image removal. I do Street now and take image of people from the street through windows in restaurants and shops. Are these allowed? |

In the UK is does clearly state that a studio shoot should have the permission of the model or persons being shot. i.e. Model consent form. |
