I have this version and it was a hard choice of monochrome or landscape circle. I think looking at them I may prefer monochrome but I am a sucker for monochrome. |

Whats its normally like when I ever go up there, you just get a glimps through the clouds of the joy behind it. You know I love your images as it bring back so many fond memories of my younger days and this is another that does that. Deep joy. |

Very good adjustments from the original, this is the type of image that you could very easily push to far, but you have held everything just right. The sky is wonderful and the view of the valley is just lovely, to be honest you could have taken just this and the far mountains and that sky and this image would have worked. |

Know this place well and you have captured it perfectly with lovely colours and that light is just right. Not seen many better of this place. |

That green is so rich and inviting and draws you in. The forground in my mind is perfect, the speed is perfect and I think the white is about the right level for the tone of the frame. Perfectly sharp and well composed. love it. |

This is a pleasing picture of the Drowning Pool which looks a lovely place. Nice set of rocks on the left and a good control on the water. Its a nice image and shows the place off well. Not knowing the place, could you have got an angle to show the rocks and water and more of the distant landscape.
Landscape can have man made structures and have people in them, but they have to be part of the landscape not the focus of it. |

Ants view of great God King.
I love the idea of this image and the view of the ant, I do have to agree that the main blurred grass to the left is to strong and maybe that a touch move to the right would be good. It is always great to experiment with different angles and that tree is magnificent. |

That sky has changed the whole feel of this image and has produced a dramatic and windy feeling day, the people have come into play and you don't notice the surf so much. The detail you have pulled from the sand is very strong. Great conversion and shows off the power of monochrome. |

If this was taken at one of the shows, you have done brilliantly, one you caught her eye spot on and you did not get some rude photographer nudge you just as you take your picture. The lighting could be slightly better for the white coat but that is not your fault. She is lovely and you have a face and hair spot on. Brilliant. |

I will have to remember that for next time.
I use the TKv8 panels in PS. I remember what I did here.
I first made a dark 4 which grad most of the trucks and branches and the dark areas in the foreground.
I made a lights 4 for the bright areas for the sky.
I made a lights 2 for the brighter parts of the leaves but found that they did not work that well. So I tried a Midtone 1 but found a midtone 2 and light 2 controlled the leaves better. So I put those two into there own group.
I then go though each layer till I get the image where I want it. I did a light smart sharpen and then produced the frame as I thought it needed it.
It did take quite a while to get it to this level and if I go and do it again I will come out with a different result. |

Glorious, glares, Glorious, wow on an iPhone.
What a fabulous thing, what a shame that half the children will never see something like this. I always make a be line for the steam ones at the steam fair.
Just fabulous. |
