This is beautiful and must have been a wonder to see. You were blessed with perfect weather, have not seen anything like that colour in the sky for weeks.
The little sparkling diamonds glistening in the snow is wonderful and the small mounds leads to the main show. Magic.
This is not a crit but and alternative, if you crop from the bottom so the bottom thirds line is just kissing the top of the mountain on the left, you will lose about a third of the snow, but it brings those smaller mounds into the shot more and they act as a lovely lead to the main event. Still very jelous though. |

Turning this monochrome was a good move, but the first impression I got when looking at this was the darks are a touch blocked out. The high contrast between the lower sky and the foreground is quite immense and the bypassing of a lot of the grey tones may have pushed it to far. I do think with half that blank sky removed above the clouds and just a touch more detail in the mid to dark darks detail is bought out this would make a lovely monochrome. But those two silhouetted heads in the water are great. |

This is a very pleasing image to view, but the image is all about that hole and the vortex the water is producing within it, I copied this to my PS so I could get a closer look and the mist and power coming off that water is great. I do look at this and wonder if the see and sky are just there and don't add anything to this image. maybe a touch more of the rock with its lovely layers and that hole may have been better. I also wonder if a setting of f11 or even f8 focusing on the lip of the hole would make the viewers focus more dominate and balance the image a touch, you could then use a filter to slow the image down. But a nice shot to view. |

This is a strong image and is very well taken, this would have been so easy to get wrong with all that light bouncing around off that snow. He is pin sharp and has a magic smile. Lovely image. One for the family's wall. |

I love these type of images as I love texture and grot.
The wheel edge is very strong and has some lovely texture, the harsher light makes it stand out well from the rest of the image. Larry mentions the black corners, they are coming across stronger owing to the image of the items in the background and background not being sharp or in focus. Personally I think this is a mistake for this type of image and those dark corners would not have mattered if if in focus throughout. Keyline needed. |

Your conversion to monochrome is very well done and you have held all the highlights well. The detail is spot on and his is very nicely captured. It's a real shame that he has no stage presence and is just a man playing a guitar with alight on him. You have done well. |

This is the RSPCG (Royal Prevention of Cruelty to Gargoyles). The starvation of Gargoyles is strictly forbidden and teasing it with hold food just out of reach is also mental torture. Also for posting twice online. Legal proceeding have been started and a summons have been sent for you to appear at the Gargoyles High Chamber to answer for your crimes. |

This is a lovely shot of a very proud of lady, the lighting has fallen on her nicely to give good contrast and the detail is very nice. I look at all these images for a few days before I comment, was this where she lived? As she has some amazing jewelry on her. This is a lovely and do hope you were able to take more than one. |
