The idea of this image is a good one, this large structure in the middle of nowhere, wide open space with vast sky's. But the way you have presented the image has not allowed me to get that.
One that lean on the barn just does not look right, that cannot be natural, so I would correct it. You were not blessed with the best condition, so your colours are going to be dead and muted. So I think you have missed a trick with this image. The tones and textures are there in the sky and in the ground, so I would have used them and given up on the colour. Allow the tones to work for you and go mono. I think then have quite a striking image.

Does look an amazing place to take pictures, lots of colours and textures. You have composed a very striking image which shows of the majesty of this rock very well. But I do think you may have gone overboard with the colours. The easiest way to see this is the sky. I have never seen clouds that colour, so that always says you have push PS a touch.
Looking in PS you are heavy on the blues and yellows. With mine I have rebalanced the colours, selected the sky and desaturated it and then using a low flow brush painted some colour back in. Hopefully it is some improvement. The other option is to make this a B&W as there are some very nice tones in here.

The first impact I get from this image when I view it is the well-proportioned shape you have achieved where you the viewer is gently draw to that go round to that hidden valley off to the right and you have this feeling that you must go there. So, your balance works. Brightening the trees loses the balance as the front right tree becomes to dominate and stops that flow. Your darkening works as it helps with this subtle draw to the right.
The mountains are a lovely shape and you do have that one bright area, but if this was mine I would be having a go at those picks with dodging and burning luminosity mask just to see if I can get a touch more contrast in the snow and rocks to add that touch more depth to the peaks.
But very nice mountain scape.
