To be honest I think the image shows quite well for colour and sharpness and the tones look about right for the time of day and the amount of light that would have been pouring on the in image. If anything the blue of the sky is a touch over saturated. But you have captured a nice image that shows the colour and the scene that was presented in front of you. For me the tree is fighting against the mountains in the background and I wonder if a better angle would have been found. But a very pleasing image to view. |

You have composed a great landscape scene that is has used all the available items to make a please balance to the scene. I would say that Larry has covered the contrast and the halo problem. What I do like is the timing of your image so the movement of the sky and water complement the scene well. Nice landscape. |

This reminds me of a wonderful holiday I had in the Alps and the view I had from my bedroom window. Wonderful atmosphere with the clouds parting to show off that wonderful peak. Great picture. |

Afraid this is not to my taste, I just see a half pair of shutters with a touch of writing over them. I can see from your description that you did well to get the writing out. Sorry. |

For me the image you have presented is coming across as a picture of two halves that are not coming together well. The two domes are sitting on the top but don't join in with that well lit and amazing structure underneath, my eye is drawn down to this structure and I think you should have concentrated on this area as that's looks amazing and that sign looks a great focal point. |

Your composition is so important here, your use of the hard window is just right to balance and hold this delicate picture but not to over power it but then you come to this beautiful roof and the wonderful wave pattern it forms and the shadows it throws is quite special. But what makes the image is the delicate feel and placement of that nearest boat placement. Well done a cracking image to be proud of. |

This is my type of image, strong lines, shapes and structure with dramatic contrast and nice light falling through the glass. The triangle formed by the four lights to the building then to the block at the end holds the image well. But this is image is dramatically improved by flipping it 180 degrees. But cracking picture. |

Lovely farming landscape with the light casting some lovely shadows and showing of those shapes. However I do wonder if that bright area in the foreground draws the eye and the images is stronger without that area. But some great contrast. |
