Ken. Your excellent editing makes the B/W version makes stronger version for me.

I like how you put some tonality into the paper white sky. Bravo! Where was this that you could get that clove to the Lion?

I do understand your issues with the conversion. I recently have started shooting in B/W without a conversion from color. Sometimes I only have to add more contrast. I think you have done a good job in your conversion. Happy Hollidays. Jerry |

Super Editing David. The B/W image is so superior to the color version. I am sure with your superior knowledge that you could open up the eye on the right side if you want. Try it some time. Look on your iPhone in the Snapseed application.

Fran. So great that you were able to capture this special Tribal Woman. I would even like her in a vertical portrait. Happy Holidays. Jerry |

Sol, you continue to amaze me. Beautiful.
What model iPhone did you use to shoot Macro? Did you use an add on lens or just the usual built in Macro mode?

Around about way to get Sol's image and notes into the post.
Close Up - How I did it
This was inspired by the article in the current PSA Magazine (which I love). I took the image while I was reading and eating a cookie at the same moment. The camera is in close up mode and about two inches away. The red is an M&M which had a split in it.

You still amaze me with your iPhone Mini. Great shot.
Yes with your skilled eye, an iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max with the three lens and all of the other improvements you would jump for Joy! Treat yourself for a Christmas present. You deserve it. Happy Holidays. Jerry |

Wonderful Lynne. Love the three looking out the window watching what is going on. Great colors and good balance of the lighting on the inside and outside. This is not an easy thing on most captures.
I also like the fun collage.
Best wishes in the upcoming Holiday Season. Jerry |

Gosh, I never even given it a thought. You are correct. It would balance the left side with the right. I could have taken off a little on the right also. Jerry |

Another advantage of your second home out West. I love the side light from the sun. This is really a wonderful Christmas Card from your Western home. Jerry |
