Outstanding Ken. I have tried to shoot images like this at car shows but never thought about how to eliminate background distractions. Your editing for this image is great. Wonderful reflections and the shine on the hood ornament really works. Going from color to B/W really makes this a keeper. Wish the image was mine.

Outstanding Dave.
One little hot spot bothers me on the far left side. I would just remove it. That spot is in all three versions. Your capture and strong composition of where you put the Columbine flowers make this a good image vers just a snapshot. Jerry |

Fran, this is really an outstanding image. Your editing and tonality works. I would not change anything. Frame this image and share with others. Your choice of Sepia tones really works well. I love this image! Jerry |

I am not sure about the bird on the right? Was this an added part of the image?
The bear and the action of splashing water is the strong part of your capture. I like it. There is another thought of how much size to you want from the photo? A thin white line would help me and keep my eye in the image. Jerry |

Vincent, I do like this image. Kind of a unique use of the woman's long straight hair covering 1/2 of her face. I also like the even skin tones on her face in the B/W version.
You could consider giving a little brightness in the upper top left side of her head. I the head kind of disappears in the image. Still, a very strong image. Thanks for sharing. Jerry

Paul, I liked how you removed the distracting piping between the man and the white railing fence. You also cleaned up some weeds of grasses in the brick ally floor. Excellent editing.
You really have a developed what I call outstanding street photography. Bravo. Jerry

Pam, you continue to amaze me with your unique west coast images which brings a warm feeling to what you see on your adventures. I love the composition of the clouds forming in what is like a wedge between the mountains. Your choosing to shoot from a low position really helps the framing of the water. Super image.

Sol, you continue to find very unique sights and things along your walks. I like your cropping and composition results. I also like the grasses coming out from the bottom left corner of the image. Cropping makes a difference from and snapshot to a real eye catching photograph. If you asked me how to improve the image, I would have just one idea. The top of the left gourd has a stem that is almost too long. This stem could be cropped a little to give room to the edge of the photo. I really like the greens of the image. Jerry |

Clouds always get my attention. I save cloud photos in case I may need to add in where there is a blank sky. One never knows. I am sure if we would show this cloud formation to a trained weather person, there would be a name for this rare unique cloud structure. I have seen similar, but nothing as beautiful as your image. I think living as close to the ocean as you do Lynne, there are more cloud variations then folks like me who have trouble seeing things through the next tree. Jerry |

Robert, trees are always interesting subjects and this old tree really has so much going on that keeps one looking around the image. I am glad that left all of the little branches and weeds as part of the total image. The wide angle lens let be close to the tree and still get a full shot. Jerry |

Dick, I like the fall colors and HDR rendering that you used. It has a beautiful soft look that reminds me of a morning scene. A great reflection and love the composition that keeps your eye in the image. Jerry |

Live Photo is really a very short video of 3 seconds. By checking the various images within the series, I was able to find the one with the tongue sticking out. Burst mode would have probably been better because I would have 10 images every second. I just did not think and forget burst mode while waiting in line to get the shot. |
