I can see the effort you've put into isolating the lion from its background. The majestic posture of the lion really stands out. As others have mentioned, fine details like the mane and paw edges are always challenging to blend naturally, especially when working with complex selections. Perhaps softening the edges slightly or adding subtle shadows could help ground the subject more into the scene. Still, it's a striking image, and I appreciate you sharing it with us! |

The absence of the chessboard was an intentional choice to focus solely on the characters, but I see how including it could strengthen the symbolism for some viewers.
