15 Nov 24 Reply Thank you Pei - Fan. This happened in a wild environment and is how nature plays a part. The Heron gets a free ride on the Hippo's back and the fish are attracted by the Hippo's poo which makes it even easier for the Heron. Nov 19th

15 Nov 24 Comment You handled this image very well Kathy as a dark bird is not easy to expose for in these circumstances . I like Isaac's recommendation. I find to use exposure compensation with spot metering to bring out the detail of the dark subject against a lighter background ? Nov 19th

15 Nov 24 Comment This is a nice colourful image showing the bird feeding on the berries. The focus of the bird is slightly off as are the berries when compared to rhs of the image. The bird's head is nice and sharp . In photo salons one is not to remove or add to images? Nov 19th

Your description is great Gloria and the quality of your image is of such a high standard that you could present us with such a clear depiction of your vision.
