38 Nov 17 Comment You got a great image Peter. Your exposure looks good and the feather detail great. Just watch the dark feathers (tail) in the back blending with the dark background . Nov 15th
38 Nov 17 Comment Very well handled Marge. To get an exposure like this (black and white) is not easy and you have done well capturing detail in the white plumage and the black upper parts. When shooting in raw you have enough room to reduce the white parts to even greater detail. Nov 15th
38 Nov 17 Comment Was this a selfie Kerstin.? The exposure is great and so is the detail. Was it difficult to remove the face paint? Nov 15th
38 Nov 17 Comment Very inventive Art. I understand the movement at a second exposure and it adds to the motion of the scene. The colors and reflections add a great deal to your image with the silhouettes of the people. Nov 15th
38 Nov 17 Comment Thanks Craig. The Nikon D850 has a "focus shift" function. The elongation and fuzziness is the water droplets on the petals. If you look at the edges and the Centre petals there is no distortion ? But hey this was my first attempt, so bear with me. I chose 2.8 and no lighting and the focus shift can be adjusted to suit. All explained on the website. I think this is a first for Nikon and SLR photography.? Nov 15th
38 Nov 17 Comment Nice scene Gabrielle. I agree with both Craig and Arthur 's comments. As I said before, cell phone photography, is a subject on its own and no doubt will grow in popularity. Nov 15th
38 Nov 17 Comment Well done Craig. I like the lead in from the left and agree with your "lens flare" as it leads one's eye towards the derelict window and door. Nice exposure for this scene. Nov 15th

62 Nov 17 Comment Gloria the inventive artist,!! Nov 15th
62 Nov 17 Comment This is a nice "soft on the eye" artwork Elinor. Depending on your output vision, your choice of colors and background is personal and subjective. Nov 15th
62 Nov 17 Comment Very scary Tom. I find it difficult to give constructive criticism for improving on this "creepy "subject but I suggest more coloring and a lighter (in coloring) presentation.? Nov 15th
62 Nov 17 Comment I like the way you have approached this art work and as per usual you have exceeded very well. Lovely work Angela. Nov 15th
