The flowers are sharp and I like the composition with the stem coming into the frame from the left. It looks like the lighting was from above and slightly behind the flowers? One suggestion would be to have more direct lighting on the flowers, to bring out more detail. I like Denise's edit on the background, but prefer the unedited version of the flowers. Nice shot! |

Great photo! You brought out the lovely curves and texture of the leaf. At first I wasn't sure about the textured background, but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it. It adds an 'artistic' touch. |

Thanks David. I like the edits on the anthers and lightening the center a lot. I will have to try different crops - not sure about the square, but it does look good. |
