Really nice photo. What's interesting is how her eyes on her real face have so much more expression than the mask.
I might lighten or crop the green behind her on the left.

Nice composition. I like how the position of the worker is balanced against the ladder, its shadow and the green door. The colors all work together too. The green on the gloves matches the door.
