18 Jan 17 Reply The original image was post processed in Photoshop, using the Sketch filter / Photocopy. I then added back colour to the eyes. The overlay was applied with PicMonkey / Smudge. I tried various overlays and treatments and the one I liked the best was in pastel colours but saved in some weird format that cannot be opened. I have been trying to duplicate it but so far no success. Jan 7th
