Love this image as it is. I feel like I could have walked to this spot in the snow and seen the trees, the fog and the background. Nicely done. |

Jean - interesting treatment. Like Brenda the graininess is noticeable and doesn't quite lend a "fine art" look that you were aiming for. Maybe a bit more sepia or none? The other IR image you show is great - excellent composition, sky, clouds and shoreline. |

Thank you for your comments (and support). I did enter it into a competition last week and now that it's over I can do some item removal to get rid of the distractions you mentioned (plus a couple of others that bother me). |

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried several times but it just looses interest for me. |

Removing the shoreline lights really helped focus my eye on the sky lights and mountain top. Nicely done. |

I agree with Sunil. Would like to see the bird "pop" more. |

Really like the processing to bring out the clarity in the trails - great separation. Great composition - like the off setting lights - interesting that the one on the left is white and the one on the right is orangish - mirrors the car light trails. Really nice. |

Love the crop and the wings of the bird - nicely balanced and great focus just on the bird. Did you try a 16x9 crop with more of the sky/lake. The beak, head and shoulders look slightly over-sharpened on my monitor. |

Thank you Sunil. I was drawn to the diamond shapes in contrast with the linear-ness of the stairs and stairway fence. |
