OK, I've read everyone's comments (plus some others & mine) and made adjustments to the photo. I highlighted parts of the photo, cropped it, removed the buildings in the windows and straightened it somewhat. Here's the result. It does appear a bit sharper and crisper on my monitor than it does here - not sure if that is the result of loading it or not.

Wow! I really like the complexity of this photo. The blue cast really helped bring out the texture of the ground and equipment. Have you thought about black & white? |

Thanks Jean. I like the 1:1 ratio - had tried that with a couple of different iterations of the shot. Will go back to that for the final. Not sure if I like the high key aspect but will use it on some others as it is not something I normally do but it adds another dimension. |

Nice landscape photo. The sky is okay but you might want to dodgge and burn the clouds so they stand out a bit more. Also, the reflection of the green house could be lightened a bit. |

Great action shot! It does appear that the building in the back is leaning but not sure that if you straighten it that then the riders wouldn't be natural. |

Nice capture of the bird but the background branches are distracting. The bird may stand out more if the background is de-emphasized a bit. Also, you might want to drop a bit of the left side so that there is more to the right of the bird so he is "heading somewhere". |

Really like the focus on the pitcher - nice clean & sharp image. The light from the window distracts my eye so I agree with the others to de-emphasize the background and to crop as a square 1:1 ratio. |
