Very nice image, Mark. Simple make-up but effective with face painting. Love beautiful eyes with catch light. If taken in a studio, I like to set up lighting with gel to create more contrast and tone also prepare a background to match with the theme. |

Very nice picture, Walter. I would like to do more dodge and burn on costume. That way I think the dancer will stand out. |

Like your image. Choosing "panorama" was the best decision in this case to make the nice view of this picture. I feel like the sun is little bit overexpose but still acceptable. For my taste, I would like to make more saturation for the sky. If I was there, I would have taken HDR and panorama combined. |

Adding light on the face may cause to loose the skin texture which one of several important points I want to keep. |

My main focus on my final picture are eyes and skin tone with texture. That was why I trimmed the top part little bit to make sure the eyes on 1/3 line according to the rule of Thirds |

Overall it's nice picture with soft blur background. I agree with Mark about details on dragonfly, specially head of the dragonfly and the texture on wings. I feel like the flower is "sharper" than the dragonfly and the lighting is little bit bright for my taste. I like to add top and trim bottom. |

Very good shot of milky way with nice foreground. To me, on the final picture, the milky way is "short" due to cropping. I would like to trim the bottom instead of the top. I guessed you wanted to show the reflection of milky way? The horizontal line is little bit sloppy. Like your picture. |

You said "certainly do anything in IR" but you asked me "why". My answer is "why not?" Why we have to limit ourselves? I've also shot bird photography, researched on many sites related to this subject; however, I've not found any sites said IR should not be used for flying bird. If you know any site, please share with me. I've viewed previous rounds of this group, I've not seen any IR "action" photo? Why? 90% of photos are landscapes, few portraits and macro. No IR night photography! People said IR gave "false" colors, that is why many people don't like IR but I do. Moreover, non-converted cameras are not friendly use in many fields of photography even with landscape. Due to "false" colors, from one original IR photo, I could make several different final versions. |
